4.2 / 5 stars (90 reviews) - Great Laptop, Faulty Charger,Poor Customer Service
Latest review: March 31, 2019 | Model: Razer Blade 15 RZ09-02385E92-R3U1
This is my first experience with Razer. I have always loved the looks of their laptops and other products (external GPU enclosure looks great too), and I also like the idea of a company that's "for gamers, by gamers," and takes in to consideration all of the feedback they receive from their customers to improve their products. For those things, 5 stars... Just because I can't be dark for a week or more, I'll be returning this laptop. I've read horror stories of Razer's support policies before, and I always hoped it was people being overly critical. Looks like I was wrong. It's a shame because I love the laptop itself, other than the fans that never seem to calm down even when I'm not gaming. Beautiful piece of kit other than the charger, and the customer support. Shame.Reviewed by: Jason | Read Razer Blade 15 reviews...

I have returned laptops with decent gpu's because either the fan noise is too loud to take to class or the 4k display effects performance when scaled down to 1080p. I finally settled w/ my flex 5 14 / 940mx, but I wanted something that I could edit video on for the next four years, and a decent screen. This base line version of the blade 15 dropped at the perfect time for me. I wish that they wouldn't have made the razer brand stick out in bright green on this laptop but other than that, I think the downgraded version is a great value. Especially with the news about RTX dropping framerates, I think that the 1060 is a decently future-proof card. It gets 144hz on Fortnite at around 70c easily which is all that matters to me game wise... That's it pretty much.. If this is $200 under budget for you I might go with the ROG zepherus thing w/ the bottom that opens for air. I's on sale on amazon right now. But I don't think that this is a computer where a bunch of people will be unhappy about any super important aspect of it.Reviewed by: Patrick Cleath | Read Razer Blade 15 reviews...
4 / 5 stars Editors' Choice- The Razer Blade 15 offers a stunning design, powerful performance and solid battery life, but the display could be brighter.

Razer continues to raise the bar with its gaming laptops. For $2,649, you get the Advanced Version of the Razer Blade 15, which comes in a stunning white aluminum chassis. And measuring 14 x 9.3 x 0.7 inches, it's officially the smallest 15-inch gaming system on the block. But this is a svelte beast, as it packs l a Core i7 CPU and Nvidia's impressive new RTX GPUs. The notebook is ready to game, video edit, crunch numbers and more at the drop of a hat.Reviewed by: Sherri L. Smith | Read full review...
4.5 / 5 stars Editors' Choice- The 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model takes last year's slick, winning design and adds peppy, muscled-up Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics. It's our top recommendation in its class.

Razer once again may have created the laptop to beat for this generation. The design is appealing, the build quality is strong, the performance is great, and the battery is (relatively) long-lasting. You could argue it's a little pricey for a model with a Max-Q GeForce RTX 2070 as opposed to an RTX 2080, but then again, getting the power into a smaller (attractive) package and still making it run efficiently doesn't come cheap. The results do speak for themselves, and its performance hangs with other top-tier machines, some with superior-on-paper components. If you accept you're already shopping in the premium price tier (safe to say, if you're considering a $2,599 laptop), the Blade 15 offers the best bang for your buck and features the best build quality. The $2,399 version is even more appealing if a 256GB drive will suffice, but most gamers will fill that in an eyeblink... In the end, these are nitpicks relative to the positives. The 2019 Razer Blade earns our Editors' Choice as the best portable high-end laptop on the market right now, beating the competition on design and performance.Reviewed by: Matthew Buzzi | Read full review...
