4.1 / 5 stars ( reviews) - Great Desktop, but buy it when it is under $1000. Latest review: April 11, 2017 | Model: Lenovo Ideacentre Y700 90DG0021US This desktop plays all my games so far at ultra settings. It is capable of running all games at ultra and 50+ fps for anything you throw at it. I did upgrade the memory to 16GB ( Kingston HyperX FURY), but for most games 8GB would work fine. This desktop is very quite, even well running games for long periods of time. I do wish there was the extra slot for another GPU, but the GEFORCE GTX 1070 Founders Edition can run anything you need to. The Intel Core i5-6600 is very snappy. I do wish they had a bigger ssd or a bigger hhd, but if you watch what you put ion them you should never fill them, i do plan on adding another ssd in the near future. the case looks great with the red leds in the front, i wish they had a clear side panel over the solid one, but the case does look good no the less. Just to clear a few things up for this listing, some info is incorrect right now. There is a keyboard and mouse only (basic, nothing special), no headset included. The system RAM is DDR4-2133MHz. The dedicated RAM on the GPU is 8GB GDDR5 SDRAM. The motherboard is good and on pair with the same one for the price but i wish they did put in a name brand or at least gave it some unique characteristics. Same for the memory, but in the long run, i did upgrade mine anyways. If you, like me, do not have the time to make your own gaming desktop, this is a amazing choice that, if you can get it for under $1000, will come out to about the same price as if you would build it yourself. Levovo adds very little bloatware to the system.Reviewed by: JKlimeck | Read Lenovo Ideacentre Y700 reviews...
6.7 / 10 - The Ideacentre Y700's strong base configuration is only hindered by Lenovo's lack of customization options. Review date: March 6, 2017 | Model: Lenovo IdeaCentre Y700
In comparison to the best gaming PCs, the Lenovo Ideacentre Y700 takes a notably different track. With its one-size-fits-all approach, the prebuilt desktop leaves little room for flexibility if you want upgrades like a faster graphics card or more storage. Still, it has much to offer as a dedicated gaming computer. While its base configuration is locked into place, the Y700's speedy processor and graphics card provide stellar performance in a compact package.Reviewed by: Top Ten Reviews Staff | Read full review...
