I am very pleased with this laptop. Better choice than the new laptops in this price range that just seem like junk. Almost like new and even the battery is in good shape which was one of my concerns being a used machine... I did have an issue with the Windows 10 product key, but a quick email reply from the vendor resolved that. Would have been nice if those simple instructions were included in the original packing. Perfect for my needs.
